I’m Justin — the team lead at Upscale Operations. I’m a mechanical engineer by training and a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, and I’ve spent the last six years in operations: as a project manager keeping work on track, and as a customer service rep on the front lines, before moving into a leadership role.
That range is the point. I’ve done the work at every level, so I know what solid execution looks like, the systems that keep it running, and how to keep clients genuinely looked after.
